A flight to Beijing, China is looming in my near future, which means I’m spending way too much time looking at travel brochures, scanning reviews of hotels, and wondering how I can check in on my Facebook page. And though there’s plenty to read and discover, and more than enough to learn about the language, something has caught my eye that has paused me in my tracks.
And with all of the traveling I’ve done so far, one place I want to see with my own eyes (and feet and tastebuds!) is Beijing, China. So, as you do, it’s time to start planning. I want to go to Beijing, what can I see there?
We offer a lot of opportunities for beginners to learn to play and to play well. As you know, we here at Newbies Bridge Club love to see people learning and enjoying the game of bridge. So, we want to make it extremely easy to teach everyone- there’s no excuses not to join in and learn! Have a look below at the help sessions we offer, and make sure you come join in.
We are pleased to let you know that world-champion bridge player Jeff Meckstroth will be joining us here at Newbies Bridge Club during Friday’s session! He’ll be available for 15 minutes for a question and answer (Q&A) session at the start, and then will join a table as we play Round Robin Bridge. [Link to website that explains the rules]
